Contract Care Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers / Assistants in Nursing (AIN Level 1 and Level 2) to provide community-based support to clients in their own homes across Northern Rivers region.

These roles focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to support clients’ independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing within the community.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Supporting mobility, transfers, and basic clinical tasks (where qualified)

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in client condition

• Maintaining accurate documentation and professional communication

Essential requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent

• Experience in home care, community care, or aged care

• Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• National Police Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current First Aid Certificate
